UPDATE: This cemetery is on Greifswalder Chaussee, about 2.7km south of the center of the city and opposite a brewery and the restaurant Zum Alten Fritz (Greifswalder Chaussee 84) and just north of Hotel-Pension zum Brauhaus (Greifswalder Chaussee 45). The street number of the cemetery is probably 44. A brick wall with a locked gate faces the street. The site is about 30 meters wide and 45 meters deep with many trees. A Star of David is on the brick gateposts. Source:
